Christ the King

Christ IS the King!!!

As an evangelical Christian I had no idea that there was a day set aside by the Liturgical Churches to honor Christ as King; until my pastor brought it up one Sunday. Wow! That was the beginning of these posts. You will find these blog post links on this page every year. I pray you are inspired and more in love with Jesus than ever before.

This year November 26, 2017 is Christ the King day, according to many church calendars. It is the last Sunday before Advent (Coming of Christ) starts to bring in the Christmas season. All of this week it is my hope to honor Jesus as Christ the King by posting verses speaking of who He is as our King... yours and mine.

Behold Your King!

Today's readings are: Matthew 21:5, Zechariah 9:9,

"Tell the daughter of Zion,
'Behold, your King is coming to you,
Lowly, and sitting on a donkey...'"
